Instructions
1-Preheat the oven to 180Β°C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
2-Mix the dry ingredients: In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
3-Add wet ingredients: In another bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and melted butter. Pour into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
4-Fold in extras: Gently fold in chocolate chips and chopped nuts if desired.
5-Spoon onto baking tray: Using a tablespoon, drop dollops of batter onto the prepared tray, spacing them evenly.
6-Bake: Place the tray in the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown on the edges.
7-Cool: Remove from the oven and transfer the cookies to a wire rack to cool completely.
