Ingredients

– 200 grams caster sugar (superfine or baker’s sugar) to balance sweetness

– 1 tablespoon lemon juice to brighten the flavor

Instructions

1-Slice each peach: Slice each peach into 8 pieces and peel each slice to remove the skin easily.

2-Place and blend: Place the peach slices and 200 grams of caster sugar in a food processor or blender, then blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.

3-Add lemon juice: Add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice to taste and blend briefly to incorporate.

4-Freeze the mixture: Freeze the mixture for 6 to 7 hours or until firm, stirring every 1 to 2 hours if possible for a smoother texture.
