  • Total Time: 20 minutes
  • Yield: Approximately 30 cheese ball bites

Ingredients

– 12 ounces cream cheese, softened (about 1 and 1/2 blocks)

– 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning (not dip mix)

– 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (freshly shredded preferred)

– 1 cup bacon bits (store-bought or homemade from about 1 pound cooked bacon)

– 1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley

– 30 pretzel sticks

Instructions

1-In a large bowl, combine softened cream cheese, ranch seasoning, and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until fully combined, which takes just a minute or two.

2-Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on the sheet gloves help keep your hands clean during this step.

3-In a medium bowl, mix bacon bits and chopped parsley. Roll each cheese ball in this mixture until fully coated, then put them back on the baking sheet.

4-Insert a pretzel stick into the center of each coated cheese ball bite before serving. This adds a fun crunch that everyone loves!
