Instructions

3-Mix coating: Mix 1/2 cup almond flour, 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika, and 1 teaspoon basil on a large plate.
4-Dip and coat fries: Dip each zucchini fry into the egg whites, then coat evenly with the almond flour mixture, shaking off excess.
5-Prepare for air frying: Place coated fries on a parchment-lined baking sheet and spray with avocado cooking spray.
6-Preheat and arrange in air fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 400ยฐF (204ยฐC) for 2 minutes. Spray the air fryer rack with cooking spray and arrange zucchini fries without overlapping or crowding.
7-Air fry fries: Air fry for 6-8 minutes until the coating is lightly browned.
8-Season fries: Remove fries and season immediately with salt.
9-Serve: Serve with dipping sauces like ranch, sriracha, garlic aioli, or ketchup.
