🌭 Mustard Hasselback Kielbasa Bites Recipe offers a savory snack with bold flavors from tangy mustard and a touch of sweetness.
πŸ”₯ These bite-sized treats are easy to make and perfect for parties, providing a delightful combination of texture and taste.

  • Total Time: 18 minutes
  • Yield: 40 bites

Ingredients

– 2 rings Kielbasa (13.9 ounces each)

– ΒΌ cup coarse ground Dijon mustard

– 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

– 2 tablespoons light brown sugar

– 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

– 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

– Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

1-Getting started with Kielbasa Bites: Begin by slicing each Kielbasa ring into ΒΌ-inch slices without cutting all the way through place it between two chopsticks or skewers to maintain the bite’s integrity. Then, cut crosswise into 1-inch bite-sized pieces, yielding about 40 total bites for a satisfying portion.

2-Make the base sauce: In a small bowl, mix the mustard, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce to create the base sauce. Divide this mixture into two parts; add mayonnaise to one portion for the creamy dipping sauce and refrigerate it until needed. Brush or pour half of the remaining sauce over the Kielbasa bites, making sure it seeps into the cuts for maximum flavor.

3-Cook the Kielbasa bites: Arrange the bites in a single layer in an air fryer basket and cook at 400Β°F for 7-9 minutes, shaking halfway through to ensure even browning. Once done, remove them and brush on the rest of the sauce, then garnish with chopped parsley. For those without an air fryer, preheat the oven to 425Β°F, line a sheet pan with parchment paper, prepare and brush the Kielbasa with sauce, then bake for 18-20 minutes until browned. Serve warm with the dipping sauce for the best taste.
