Instructions
1-Whip the heavy whipping cream using an electric mixer until stiff peaks form. Transfer to a separate bowl.
2-In the mixer bowl, whip the cream cheese with the powdered sweetener until light and fluffy.
3-Add one-third of the whipped cream to the cream cheese mixture and blend well. Optionally add vanilla extract at this stage.
4-Gently fold the remaining whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
5-Spoon or pipe the mixture into serving bowls. Optionally top with berries or other preferred toppings.
