๐Ÿฅฌ Enjoy a healthy snack with this kale chips recipe, offering a crispy and flavorful alternative to traditional chips.
๐Ÿง„ The combination of fresh garlic, Parmesan cheese, and sea salt makes these kale chips irresistible and easy to prepare.

  • Total Time: 21 minutes

Ingredients

– 2 bunches fresh kale

– 5-6 cloves garlic, minced

– Sea salt, to taste

– 3 teaspoons olive oil

– 1/4 cup parmesan cheese

Instructions

1-First, remove large stems from the kale and chop into chunks. Wash well, then dry thoroughly using a salad spinner or similar method to remove all moisture. This step is crucial to avoid steamy chips instead of crispy ones.

2-Next, place the kale in a large bowl and toss lightly with 3 teaspoons olive oil, sea salt to taste, and 5-6 cloves garlic (minced). Spreading the flavors evenly here makes all the difference in the final taste. Once mixed, spread the kale pieces flat on a large baking sheet without overcrowding; use two batches if necessary to ensure even roasting.

3-Then, bake at 300 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes, rotate the pan, and bake for another 10 to 15 minutes until crispy. After baking, allow the kale chips to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes, then sprinkle with 1/4 cup parmesan cheese. Finally, serve warm or store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to one week.
