Ingredients

– 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved

– 1 tablespoon olive oil

– 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

– 1 tablespoon sriracha or other chili paste

– 2 tablespoons honey

– 1 minced garlic clove

– Zest and juice of 1/2 a lime

Instructions

1-Preheat your oven to 425ยฐF (220ยฐC) and prepare a baking sheet for roasting.

2-Wash and trim 1 pound of Brussels sprouts, then halve them for even cooking.

3-Toss the Brussels sprouts with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 1/2 teaspoon of kosher salt in a bowl.

4-Spread the sprouts cut side down on the baking sheet and roast for 15 to 20 minutes until browned and crispy on the edges.

5-While the sprouts roast, prepare the sauce: Combine 1 tablespoon of sriracha, 2 tablespoons of honey, 1 minced garlic clove, and the zest and juice of 1/2 a lime in a small saucepan.

6-Heat the sauce over medium-low heat, stirring until it becomes thin and pourable.

7-Once the sprouts are done, toss them with the warm sauce and serve immediately.
