4-Oven cook: Transfer the skillet to the oven and cook for 10 minutes for rare or 15 minutes for medium, flipping halfway through.
5-Check for internal temperatures: 125-130ยฐF for rare, 135ยฐF for medium-rare, 140ยฐF for medium, and 145ยฐF for medium-well.
6-Rest the lamb: Let the lamb rest for 5 minutes before serving to keep it juicy and tender.
