๐Ÿณ These Ham and Cheese Egg Muffins provide a quick, protein-packed breakfast that’s perfect for busy mornings.
๐Ÿง€ Combining savory ham and melted cheese in a convenient muffin form makes for a delicious and portable meal option.

  • Total Time: 35 minutes
  • Yield: 12 muffins 1x

Ingredients

Scale

12 large eggs

1/2 cup milk

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

8 ounces ham steak, cubed

2 green onions, sliced thin

Instructions

1-First, preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and spray a muffin tin heavily using a silicone one helps a lot for easy removal. This sets the stage for muffins that come out clean and tidy.

2-Next, grab a large bowl and whisk together 12 large eggs, 1/2 cup milk, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, and 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder until everything blends smoothly. Then, stir in 1/2 cup of the shredded cheddar cheese, 8 ounces of cubed ham steak, and 2 sliced green onions to mix the flavors well. Pour the mixture into the muffin cups, filling them about two-thirds full, and top each with the remaining 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese.

3-Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until the cups pull away from the sides and feel set in the middle. Let them cool a bit before you take them out, and youโ€™ll have a batch ready for the fridge for up to four days.
