Instructions

1-Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 325Β°F and lightly grease a two-quart casserole dish to get everything ready.

2-Brown the beef and vegetables: In a large skillet, brown the 1 pound lean ground beef with 1 cup diced onion, 1/2 cup diced orange bell pepper, and 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes over medium heat.

3-Season the mixture: Season the mixture with 1 teaspoon steak seasoning or a homemade spice blend, stirring well to mix the flavors.
