🍹 Enjoy a refreshing and vibrant Grapefruit Rosé Sangria that perfectly blends fresh citrus and berries for a flavorful, light cocktail.
🍓 This sangria is easy to prepare ahead of time and is ideal for gatherings, offering a balance of sweetness, tartness, and effervescence.

  • Total Time: 3 hours 10 minutes
  • Yield: About 6 servings

Ingredients

– 1 grapefruit, thinly sliced (halved slices if needed, plus extra for garnish)

– 1 lime, thinly sliced

– 3 cups rosé wine (one 750-milliliter or 25-ounce bottle)

– 1 cup grapefruit juice

– ½ cup grapefruit vodka

– 1 cup strawberries, green tops removed and thinly sliced (plus extra for garnish)

– Simple syrup to taste

– Club soda to top up glasses

– Ice cubes as desired

– A few mint leaves, thinly sliced

Instructions

1-First, place the grapefruit and lime slices in a large pitcher and muddle them gently with a wooden spoon to let those juicy flavors out.

2-Next, pour in the rosé wine, grapefruit juice, and grapefruit vodka, then add the sliced strawberries and give it a good stir.

3-If you want it sweeter, add simple syrup little by little until it hits the spot.

4-Cover the pitcher and pop it in the fridge for at least 3 hours or overnight if you can wait to let everything meld together beautifully.

5-Before serving, stir the mixture again, then pour into glasses about ¾ full.

6-Top with club soda and ice, and finish with a garnish of mint leaves, a strawberry, and a grapefruit slice.

7-For a fun twist, try using frozen grapefruit juice cubes to keep it cold without watering it down.

Notes

🍊 Use dry rosé wine for perfect balance; sweeter rosé can be adjusted with less simple syrup.
❄️ Freeze grapefruit juice into ice cubes to keep sangria cold without watering it down.
🍓 Leftover fruit can be enjoyed as is or reused for extra flavor in subsequent batches.
