Instructions

3-Cook without stirring: for 2 minutes to develop a sear, then flip and cook for another 2 minutes until golden brown. Work in batches if necessary to avoid overcrowding.
4-Transfer the steak bites: to a plate. Reduce heat to medium and melt the butter in the same skillet.
5-Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes: cooking for about 30 seconds until the garlic is aromatic and slightly browned.
6-Pour the garlic butter: over the steak bites, toss to coat evenly, garnish with parsley if desired, and serve immediately.
