Ingredients

– 1 lb ground beef or diced steak

– 2 tbsp butter

– 3 cloves garlic, minced

– 1 tbsp honey

– 1/2 cup BBQ sauce

– 1 tsp smoked paprika

– 1/2 tsp chili powder

– Salt and black pepper to taste

– 8 small corn or flour tortillas

– 1/2 cup shredded cheese (optional)

– 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

– 1/4 cup diced onions

– 1/4 cup spicy mayo or cheese sauce for drizzling

– Lime wedges for serving

Instructions

1-In a skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tbsp butter and sautรฉ 3 cloves minced garlic until fragrant, about 30 seconds.

2-Add 1 lb ground beef or diced steak and cook until browned. Drain excess fat if needed.

3-Stir in 1 tsp smoked paprika, 1/2 tsp chili powder, salt, and black pepper to taste.

4-Pour in 1/2 cup BBQ sauce and 1 tbsp honey, stir to coat the beef well, and simmer for a few minutes to blend flavors.

5-Lightly toast 8 small corn or flour tortillas on a dry skillet until warm and slightly charred.

6-Spoon the beef mixture onto the tortillas, top with 1/2 cup shredded cheese (if using), 1/4 cup diced onions, and 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro.

7-Drizzle with 1/4 cup spicy mayo or cheese sauce and serve with lime wedges.
