Instructions

1-Preheat the oven: to 375ยฐF and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it to prevent sticking.

2-Cook: 1 pound ground beef and ยฝ cup diced yellow onion in a large skillet over medium heat for 8 10 minutes until the beef is browned and the onions are soft. Season with ยฝ teaspoon salt, ยฝ teaspoon black pepper, ยฝ teaspoon garlic powder, and ยฝ teaspoon onion powder, then drain the grease and let it cool slightly.

3-Stir: 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese into the cooled beef mixture for a gooey center in your rollups.

4-Unroll: the 8 oz can of refrigerated crescent roll dough and separate it into 8 triangles; spoon a heaping tablespoon of the beef mixture onto the wide end of each triangle.

5-Roll up: each crescent from the wide end to the point, placing them seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

6-Mix: 2 tablespoons melted butter with 1 teaspoon garlic powder and brush it generously over the rollups for that flavorful finish.

7-Bake: for 12 15 minutes until golden brown and cooked through, then sprinkle with 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley before serving, if desired.
