– 4 Earl Grey tea bags (regular or decaffeinated)
– 3 teaspoons honey (or sweetener of choice, to taste)
– Ice for serving

Instructions
1-Bring the 6 cups of filtered water to a boil in a medium saucepan, then remove from heat.
2-Stir the 3 teaspoons of honey into the hot water until fully dissolved. Add the 4 Earl Grey tea bags and steep for 15 minutes. Remove and discard the tea bags.
3-Allow the tea to cool completely to room temperature.
4-Transfer the cooled tea to a pitcher or carafe. Serve over ice and optionally garnish with lemon wedges and mint leaves.
