Ingredients

– 2 thin slices of baked leg ham

– 4 large, thin slices of Mojo Marinated Pork

– 2 pieces of white baguettes, each 6 inches (15 cm) in length, cut in half

– Melted butter for brushing

– American mustard to taste

– 2 thin slices of Swiss cheese

– 2 or 3 dill pickles, thinly sliced

Instructions

1-Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the ham and pork slices until they’re slightly browned on each side, then take them out of the skillet.

2-Butter the cut sides of the baguettes and toast them cut side down in the skillet for about 2 minutes until lightly browned, then move them to a work surface.

3-On the bottom halves of the baguettes, layer the pork, then ham, followed by cheese and pickles; adjust the slices to fit the bread. Spread mustard on the cut side of the top halves and place them on the sandwiches.

4-Butter the outside surfaces of both the top and bottom of the baguettes.

5-Heat the skillet over medium-high heat, place the sandwiches in the skillet, cover with baking paper, and press down with a heavy object or another skillet. Cook for 3 minutes on each side until the bread is dark golden brown and crispy and the cheese has melted.

6-Let the sandwiches rest for 1 minute before cutting them in half and serving immediately.
