🌱 This roasted Brussels sprouts recipe delivers irresistibly crispy, caramelized edges with a simple seasoning that enhances their natural flavor.
πŸ”₯ Quick and easy to prepare, it’s a nutritious side dish that adds a satisfying crunch to any meal.

  • Total Time: 35 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients

– 1.5 lbs Brussels sprouts washed and halved lengthwise

– 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

– 1/2 tablespoon black pepper

– 1 teaspoon garlic powder

– 1 tablespoon honey

– 1/2 cup olive oil divided

Instructions

1-Begin by washing 1.5 lbs of Brussels sprouts and halving them lengthwise to promote even cooking.

2-Toss the halved sprouts in half of the 1/2 cup olive oil along with 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt, 1/2 tablespoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, and 1 tablespoon honey until they’re evenly coated for maximum flavor.

3-Once the oven is ready, carefully remove the hot baking sheet and drizzle it with the remaining olive oil.

4-Arrange the seasoned sprouts flat side down on the baking sheet to encourage crispiness on the edges.

5-Roast for 25 to 30 minutes, flipping them occasionally to get even browning, and add more oil if needed to keep them from drying out.

6-After roasting, season with additional salt before serving to enhance the taste, and enjoy the total preparation and cooking time of about 35 minutes.
