πŸ§† Made with fresh ingredients and a flavorful special sauce, it’s perfect for satisfying your burger cravings.

  • Total Time: 45 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale

4 sesame seed hamburger buns plus 4 additional bottom buns to use as middle buns

1 pound extra-lean ground beef

4 cheese slices

Dill pickles

2 tablespoons finely chopped white onion

Iceberg lettuce, finely shredded

1 cup light mayonnaise

1/4 cup ketchup

2 tablespoons relish

2 tablespoons finely chopped white onion

1 teaspoon white wine vinegar

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1-Prepare the sauce: by mixing 1 cup light mayonnaise, 1/4 cup ketchup, 2 tablespoons relish, 2 tablespoons finely chopped white onion, 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar, and salt and pepper to taste. Set it aside to let flavors meld.

2-Chop 2 tablespoons white onion finely, shred the iceberg lettuce, and slice the dill pickles for easy assembly.

3-Divide 1 pound extra-lean ground beef into 8 equal portions, roll each into a ball, and flatten them as thin as possible on parchment paper.

4-Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook the patties, four at a time, for 1 to 2 minutes per side until fully cooked.

5-Lightly toast the 4 sesame seed hamburger buns and the 4 additional bottom buns.

6-Assemble each burger: bottom bun, sauce, lettuce, onion, cheese slice, first patty, middle bottom bun, sauce, lettuce, onion, pickles, cheese slice, second patty, and top bun.

7-Serve immediately for the freshest taste and best texture.
