8-Cover with a stainless steel bowl and cook for 2 minutes, then flip carefully and cook for an additional 1 minute.
9-Remove from the skillet and work in batches as needed, serving garnished with the remaining cookie crumbs and a drizzle of maple syrup or toppings like fruit compote, powdered sugar, or whipped cream.
