Ingredients

– Kashmiri red chili powder to taste

– Garam masala to taste

– Cumin powder to taste

– Coriander powder to taste

– Turmeric powder to taste

– Salt to taste

– Lemon juice to taste

– Mustard oil or other oil to taste

– Ginger garlic paste to taste

– Kasuri methi (dried fenugreek leaves) to taste

– Greek yogurt or hung curd to taste

– Oil or ghee to taste

– Finely chopped onions

– Green chili (optional)

– Sugar to taste

– Fresh pureed tomatoes or bottled tomato puree/passata

– Hot water

– Heavy cream or cashew cream to taste

Instructions

1. Marinate Chicken: Dice and mix chicken with marinade; refrigerate.

2. Prepare Sauce: Fry onions, add spices and tomato, then simmer.

3. Cook Tikkas: Grill marinated chicken on skewers.

4. Combine and Finish: Add chicken to sauce and simmer.
