Ingredients

– 6 hoagie bread rolls

– 2 tablespoons oil (avocado or any oil of choice)

– 1 lb ground beef

– 1 small onion, finely chopped

– 2 teaspoons Montreal steak spice

– 1 green bell pepper, finely chopped

– 1 clove garlic, minced

– 1 ¼ cup homemade or 10.5 oz can cream of mushroom soup

– 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

– Salt and pepper to taste

– 1-2 cups grated cheddar cheese

Instructions

1-First, prepare all ingredients by dicing onions, mincing garlic, and measuring out the cheese and seasonings.

2-In a skillet over medium heat, cook the 1 lb ground beef until browned, breaking it apart; drain excess fat.

3-Add the 1 small onion (finely chopped) to the pan; sauté until softened and fragrant, then mix in the 1 green bell pepper (finely chopped) and 1 clove garlic (minced), and cook for 3 minutes.

4-Stir in 1 ¼ cup homemade or 10.5 oz can cream of mushroom soup and 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce; season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.

5-Turn off the heat and mix in 1-2 cups grated cheddar cheese until it melts completely.

6-Spoon the beef mixture into the 6 hoagie bread rolls and serve warm.
