1-Getting started with this cheddar cauliflower is simple and fun let’s walk through it together. First, preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with nonstick aluminum foil to avoid any sticking issues. This sets the stage for perfectly roasted veggies that come out just right.

2-Next, cut the cauliflower into florets and arrange them on the baking sheet. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, then season with salt and pepper to taste for that flavorful base. Roast for 12 to 15 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until the cauliflower turns tender and golden.

3-Once it’s done, remove from the oven and sprinkle 1 cup of shredded extra sharp cheddar cheese evenly over the top. Pop it back in for another 5 minutes until the cheese melts and gets bubbly.
