– 1 green bell pepper (sliced)

– 1 red bell pepper (sliced)

– 1 medium onion (sliced)

– 2 tablespoons butter

– 1 tablespoon olive oil

– 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning

– 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

– 1 teaspoon garlic powder

– salt and black pepper to taste

– 2 tablespoons chopped parsley

– 1/2 cup mayonnaise for creamy, spicy topping

– 2 tablespoons ketchup

– 1 tablespoon hot sauce for creamy, spicy topping

– 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning

– 1/2 teaspoon paprika

– 1 clove garlic (minced)

– a splash of lemon juice

Instructions

1-Creating Cajun Surf N Turf Loaded Fries starts with simple steps that anyone can follow. First, mix the Cajun cream sauce by combining 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons ketchup, 1 tablespoon hot sauce, 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning, 1/2 teaspoon paprika, 1 clove garlic (minced), and a splash of lemon juice in a bowl. Set it aside to let the flavors blend while you prepare the rest.

2-Next, season the 250 g of beef steak strips with 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning, salt, pepper, and 1 teaspoon smoked paprika. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a pan and sear the strips until they brown, then remove them. In the same pan, add 2 tablespoons butter and cook the 12 large shrimp (peeled and deveined) with more Cajun seasoning until they turn pink. Now, sauté 1 green bell pepper (sliced), 1 red bell pepper (sliced), and 1 medium onion (sliced) until soft and lightly charred.

3-While the proteins cook, prepare the 1 bag of frozen fries as per the package, baking them for a crispy base. Layer the cooked fries on a tray, then add the steak strips, vegetables, and shrimp on top. Drizzle the Cajun cream sauce over everything and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons chopped parsley. Serve right away for the best taste and texture, making it a hit for food enthusiasts and busy parents.

4-Preheat oven and bake fries until golden.

5-Season and cook steak and shrimp separately.

6-Sauté veggies in the same pan for added flavor.

7-Assemble layers and top with sauce.
