Ingredients
1 cup uncooked long grain white rice (not instant)
1 (10 oz) can of condensed French onion soup
1 (10 oz) can of condensed beef broth
1/2 cup unsalted butter, sliced thinly
Instructions
1-Preheat oven to 425ยฐF and spray an 8ร8 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
2-Combine the rice, French onion soup, and beef broth in the prepared baking dish.
3-Place the thin slices of butter on top of the mixture.
4-Cover the dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
5-Remove the foil and bake for an additional 30 minutes until the rice is cooked.
