– 3 tablespoons packed brown sugar
– 1 tablespoon flour
– 1 teaspoon cinnamon
– 4 caramels

Instructions
1-Step 1: Prep the Apples Slice off the top quarter to one-third of each apple, then scoop out the core with a melon baller or small spoon. With a thin paring knife, make two deep circular cuts around the center of each apple and turn it over to make narrow cuts all the way around before flipping back.
2-Step 2: Fill and Arrange Place the apples in an oven-safe dish and put two caramels into the center of each one. Heat the butter and brown sugar in the microwave for 30 seconds, stir, then heat for another 30 seconds. Stir in the flour and cinnamon to create a thick mixture.
3-Step 3: Bake and Serve Divide the butter and sugar mixture over the top of the sliced apples and bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Check at 25 minutes and continue until the apples are tender it might take up to 45 minutes depending on the variety.
