Instructions
1-Preheat the oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC): Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
2-Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large oven-proof skillet over medium-high heat: Sear the chicken breasts for 3-4 minutes per side until golden, then remove from heat.
3-Spoon 1 cup of Caesar dressing over each chicken breast and sprinkle 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese evenly on top.
4-Arrange the 1 pound of trimmed asparagus spears around the chicken in the skillet: Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of garlic powder over the asparagus and add extra grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
5-Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for about 20 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165ยฐF (74ยฐC) and the asparagus is tender-crisp.
6-Remove from the oven, let rest briefly, then squeeze fresh juice from the lemon wedges over the dish before serving.
