Instructions

2-Next: make the red swirl by simmering 1 cup chopped fresh strawberries with 2 tablespoons granulated sugar until soft, then puree it, strain out any seeds, and let it cool.
3-Repeat the process for the blue swirl using 1 cup fresh blueberries and 2 tablespoons granulated sugar.
4-For the filling, beat 16 oz softened cream cheese until itβs fluffy, then mix in ΒΎ cup sifted powdered sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Gently fold in 1 cup whipped cold heavy cream to keep it light and airy.
