๐Ÿซ This 2 Ingredient Fudge recipe is incredibly quick and simple, perfect for a last-minute homemade treat with minimal effort.
๐ŸŽ‰ Customize it easily with your favorite add-ins to create a delicious dessert that suits your taste every time.

  • Total Time: 2 hours 5 minutes
  • Yield: About 36 pieces 1x

Ingredients

Scale

4 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips for the rich chocolate base and smooth texture

1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk for the creamy, fudgy consistency and natural sweetness

Instructions

1-Line the pan: Line an 8ร—8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang on the sides for easy removal later. This is a crucial step to ensure your fudge comes out perfectly. In the directions from our recipe summary, you can also use an 8ร—5 inch bread pan if you prefer thicker pieces.

2-Melt ingredients: Combine 4 cups of semi-sweet chocolate chips and 1 (14-ounce) can of sweetened condensed milk in a large microwave-safe mixing bowl. Heat it in the microwave for about 3 minutes, using 45-second intervals at 50% power. Stir after each interval until the mixture is fully melted, thick, and matte, just like the instructions say.

3-Transfer and set: Transfer the melted mixture to the prepared pan and smooth the surface using a rubber spatula or offset spatula. Cover the pan and let it sit for at least 2 hours until the fudge is fully set and firm.

4-Cut and serve: Lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper and cut it into squares.

Notes

๐Ÿฌ Stir in add-ins like nuts, sprinkles, or coconut to personalize your fudge.
๐Ÿซ Experiment with different chocolate chips (milk, white, mint, butterscotch) for unique flavors.
๐ŸงŠ For softer fudge, refrigerate an extra hour before serving and store leftovers wrapped tightly in the freezer for up to 3 months.
